Is the AI a real therapist?+
No. The AI is a structured coaching tool — it generates scripts, runs roleplays, and helps you spot patterns. It is not a substitute for therapy. If you're processing trauma, in crisis, or dealing with severe anxiety, please work with a licensed therapist alongside (or instead of) Pleaseless.
